2. ROLL CALL: GRUBB, SAYER, DUPERAULT, LINDGREN, MIHAN, GREER.
3. CONSENT AGENDA: ALL CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ACTION ITEMS. Consent
Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no separate
discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member or City Staff requests an item to be removed
from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the
Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order. Any item on the Consent Agenda that
contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's
Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.

A. ACTION ITEM: DR-2023-39 - Common Area Landscaping within Bronco Acres Subdivision -
Mustang Crossing Eagle, LLC: Mustang Crossing Eagle, LLC, represented by Stephanie Hopkins
with KM Engineering, LLP, is requesting design review approval for the common area landscaping
within Bronco Acres Subdivision. The 9.84-acre site is located at the northeast corner of North Park
Lane and State Highway 44. (ERF)

B. ACTION ITEM: DR-2024-01 - Building and Site Modifications to a Bank/Financial Institution with
Drive -Up Service - US Bank: US Bank, represented by Hannah Roth with RSP Architects, Ltd., is
requesting design review approval to modify the site and exterior building elevations of a bank financial
institution with drive -up service for US Bank. The 0.79-acre site is located on the northwest corner of
West State Street and North Olde Park Place at 150 West State Street (Lots 1-4, Block 2, Jackson Park

Signage for US Bank - US Bank: US Bank, represented by David Baker with Aim Sign, is requesting
design review approval for two halo illuminated building wall signs, one monument sign, and directional
signage for the US Bank with drive -up service. The 0.79-acre site is located on the northwest corner of
West State Street and North Olde Park Place at 150 West State Street (Lots 1-4, Block 2, Jackson Park
