A. ACTIONITEM.• Eagle Rodeo Inc.Request for Parking Agreement: Staff is seeking Council
direction regarding the Eagle Rodeo Inc. Request for Parking Agreement for 62 acres on the Eagle
Regional Sports Complex site located off SH-16 for the 2024 Eagle Rodeo. (NBS)
B. ACTIONITEM.•Water System Capitalization Fee: Staff is seeking Council direction regarding their
preferred implementation strategy for the new Capitalization Fee amount(s) as provided in the Water
Capitalization Fee Study. Staff is also seeking Council direction on the desired effective date(s) for the
new fee structure. (KRA/KR)
