Sizing Information:
• Extended sizes available for $ extra per additional "X" after "XL".
Numbering Information:
• Price includes 8" 2-color standard sequential numbering from 2-UP on back of jersey at no extra cost.
• Numbers on the front of jersey, specific numbers, and Numbers on shorts are an additional $ per number.
Art & Decoration Information:
• Additional are fees and set-up may apply depending on art requested.
• Decorated products are non refundable.
Packing & Delivery Information:
• Expected uniforms will be quoted delivery 3 to 4 weeks after Order is received.
• Orders are shipped via UPS. You can choose Overnight, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select or Standard. Shipping
rates will apply once method of shipping has been determined.
• Score is responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged product, whether this occurs during shipping or a
shipment has missing or damaged product upon City of Eagles inspection.
Payments & Invoicing Information:
• Payment for order will be billed on terms to be determined.
• All prices are FOB Wilmington, California. Shipping charges are based on weight, destination and priority.
• All additional add-ons will be quoted at the same price for the entire season.
• Invoices that are past due will incur finance charges at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
• Pricing does not include applicable California Sales Tax for all sales within the State of California. The tax
rate applied will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. Therefore,
the sales tax rate applied to your order may be different if shipped to another address in a different locality.
• In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the obligations of the parties and the time period for the performance
of such obligations shall be adjusted to the extent such parties are prevented or hindered. The affected party
shall give prompt, written notice of such Force Majeure Event to the other party. A Force Majeure Event
shall mean any one or more of the following events that adversely affects the operation of either party under
this Agreement: including fire, earthquake, storm, labor interruptions, any act or omission of the any
government authority, civil unrest; or any other event beyond the Parties' reasonable control.
**All discounted, free, and special billing terms are void if invoice is not paid on time, based on the
current payment terms of the account (Net 10, Net 30, etc.). SCORE will invoice past due accounts for all
free or discounted items based on the regular list price in the current catalog.**

Pricing Agreement

1-YEAR CONTRACT
SCORE® will offer City of Eagle a (1)-year contract for 2024. Pricing will remain at current
quote through December 31st, 2024. Prices are confirmed when an approved order from City of
Eagle is received.
City of Eagle agrees to satisfy all uniform needs with SCORE for the duration of the contract
period. SCORE will extend City of Eagle the lowest catalog price on all equipment.

ADDENDUM TO PRICING AGREEMENT
(Statutory Certification)
THIS Addendum hereby becomes part of the Pricing Agreement between SCORE Sports®
and City of Eagle entered into between the parties on March $ 2024.
Statutory Certifications. In accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-2359, SCORE
Sports® hereby certifies that it is not owned or operated by the Government of China, as defined
in said code section, and that during the Term of this Agreement it will not be owned or operated
by the Government of China. In accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-2346 SCORE Sports®
hereby certifies that it is not currently engaged in, and during the Term of this Agreement will
not engage in, a boycott of goods and services from Israel or territories under its control as
defined in said code section.
