4.PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Parks, Pathways and Recreation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the commission. Out of courtesy for all who wish to
speak, the commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.
5.NEW BUSINESS:
A.A-06-23/RZ-10-23/RZ-13-18 MOD/PP-07-23- Terra View South Subdivision: Request for pathways
recommendation associated with Terra View South Subdivision. The approximately 170.4-acre site is
located at the northeast corner of West Floating Feather Road and State Highway 16 between West
Floating Feather Road and West Beacon Light Road. (WV)
