ORDINANCE NO. 185 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-2-1, EAGLE CITY CODE, TO EMPOWER THE MAYOR TO DESIGNATE THE CITY CLERK TO SERVE AS THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, that: Section 1. Section 2-2-1, Eagle City Code, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: 2-2-1: BOARD CREATED, MEMBERSHIP, QUALIFICATIONS: The City Council hereby creates a Design Review Board. The Design Review Board shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Council. Insofar as possible, two (2) of the members shall be representatives of the Eagle business community and three (3) members shall be representatives of the Eagle community at large. In lieu of appointing five members to serve as the Design Review Board. the Mayor. with the approval of the Council. may designate the City Clerk to serve as the Design Review Board. The City Clerk may seek assistance from such other employees of the City as the City Clerk deems necessary to fulfill the duties of the Design Review Board.
