ORDINANCE 191
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 9, SECTION 1, EAGLE CITY
CODE, DEFINING ELECTION HOURS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, that:
Section 1: That Title 1, Chapter 9, Section 1, Eagle City Code,
be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
1-9-1: VOTING PRECINCT, POLLING PLACE AND TIMES FOR VOTING
ESTABLISHED: the City boundaries of the City of Eagle shall
constitute one election precinct for all City elections and the
polling place for such elections shall be Eagle City Hall. At
all general City elections the polls shall be open at twelve

until eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. of the same day, and at all
special City elections the polls shall be open at eight o'clock
(8:00) A.M. and remain open until eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. of
