AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 7-1A-2,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO CONDITION THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT
UPON PROOF OF COMPLIANCE OF SEWER DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS AND CENTRAL
DISTRICT HEALTH REQUIREMENTS AND PAY/03NT OF HIGHWAY DISTRICT IMPACT
FEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 7-1A-2 of the Eagle City Code be, and
the same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
7-1A-2: Permit Requirements
A. Permit Required, Application: It shall be unlawful for
any person to commence construction upon any building, or the
installation of any prefabricated home, or installation or
transfer of any mobile home or house trailer used as living
quarters, without first securing a building permit from the
City Council, and any person desiring to obtain such permit
shall file with the City Clerk, addressed to the City Council,
a petition describing fully the building and premises whereon
such construction is proposed, the materials to be used and
specification thereof, and proof of compliance with applicable
sewer district requirements and central district health
requirements and payment of highway district impact fees.
B. Permit Fees: A fee shall be charged for every permit
issued under this Article pursuant to resolution adopted by
the City Council.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
