ORDINANCE NO. 203
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 1D, SECTION 1, EAGLE CITY
CODE, TO ADOPT THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE; APPENDIX, AND UNIFORM
FIRE CODE STANDARDS TO THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, that:
Section 1: That Title 7, Chapter 1D, Eagle City Code, be, and the
same hereby is, amended to read as follows:
7-1D-1: UNIFORM FIRE CODE AND STANDARDS: there is hereby adopted
by the City for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing
conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion,
that certain code and standards known as the Uniform Fire Code,
(I.C. 67-5203A), including all appendix chapters, and the Uniform
Fire Code Standards published by the Western Fire Chiefs
Association and the International Conference of Building Officials.

office cF tke City Clerk One copy of the current edition of the
Uniform Fire code appendix chapters and the Uniform Fire code
Standards are on file in the office of the City Clerk and the same
are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at
length herein; and from the effective date hereof, the provisions
hereof shall be contr•ng with the limits of the City.
