ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1992, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$4,250,528. TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF A SUFFICIENT TAX
UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES
FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Nayor and City Council of the City of Eagle,
Ada County, Idaho.
Section 1: That the sum of $4,250,528 be, and the same is
appropriated to defray the necessary expenses and liabilities of
the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1992.
Section 2: the objects and purposes for which such appropriation
is made, and the amount of each object and purpose is as follows:

Section 3: That a general tax levy on all taxable property within
the City of Eagle be levied in an amount allowed by law for the
general purposes for said City, for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1992.
Section 4: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the
Valley News, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Eagle, and the official newspaper of said City.
PASSED under suspension of rules upon which a roll call vote was
taken and duly enacted an Ordinance of the City of Eagle, Ada
County, Idaho at a convened meeting of the City of Eagle City
Council held on the 8 day of September, 1992.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho will hold a
public hearing for consideration of the proposed budget including general revenue
sharing for the fiscal period October 1,1991 to September 30, 1992, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 50-1002, Idaho Code. Said hearing to be held at City Hall.
Eagle, Idaho at 7:30 p.m. on September 1. 1992. At said hearing all interested
persons may appear and show cause, if any they have, why said proposed budget
should not be adopted.

The following is an estimate set forth in said proposed budget of the total proposed
expenditures and accruing indebtedness of the City of Eagle. Idaho for the fiscal
