AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ENACTING A NEW
OF CHAPTER 2, TITLE 5, EACLB CITY CODE, RELATING TO
INJURY TO PUBLIC PROPERTY; TO PROHIBIT MALICIOUS INJURY
PROPERTY AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1. That a new Section 5 of Chapter 2, Title 5, of the
Eagle City Code be, and the same hereby is, enacted to read as
follows:
SECTION 5
MALICIOUS
TO PUBLIC
of EAGLE,
MALICIOUS INJURY TO PUBLIC PROPERTY: It shall be unlawful for
any person to wilfully and maliciously injure, deface,
mutilate, remove, pull down, break or in any manner destroy
public property.
section„_Z. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
