AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ENACTING A NEW SECTION 4
OF CHAPTER 2, TITLE 5, EAGLE CITY CODE, RELATING TO THE OPERATION
OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES OR IN-LINE SKATES ON OR WITHIN PUBLIC
TENNIS COURTS AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That a new Section 4 of chapter 2, Title 5, of the
Eagle City Code be, and the same hereby is, enacted to read as
follows:
OPERATION OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, OR IN-LINE SKATES ON
PUBLIC TENNIS COURTS: It shall be unlawful for any person to
ride, operate, or cause to be ridden or operated any
skateboard, roller skates or in-line skates on or within a
public tennis court.
