Ordinance - 1992 - 216 - Prohibiting Camping On Public Property - 12/22/1992ORDINANCE NO. 216 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, ENACTING A NEW SECTION 6, CHAPTER 2, TITLE 5, EAGLE CITY CODE, PROHIBITING CAMPING OR SLEEPING OVERNIGHT ON PUBLIC PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY POSTED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows: Section 1. That a new Section 6, Chapter 2, Title 5, of the Eagle City Code be, and the same hereby is, enacted to read as follows: OVERNIGHT CAMPING: No person shall camp or sleep overnight on public property located within the City limits unless such property is specifically posted allowing the same. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
