AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO ENACTING A NEW SUBSECTION
"D" OF SECTION 8-1-1, EAGLE CITY CODE, RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION
OF BUILDINGS, TO REQUIRE THAT CONDITIONS BE SATISFIED PRIOR TO THE
ERECTION OR CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING; AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE
DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That a new subsection "D" of Section 8-1-1, of the
Eagle City Code be, and the same hereby is, enacted to read as
follows:
D. No building or structure or part thereof shall be erected
or constructed except where the following conditions have been
satisfied:
1. All streets pursuant to Eagle City Code 8-1-2 shall be
constructed with a minimum of six (6) inch gravel base over an
Ada County Highway District approved subgrade, including
adequate turnaround area;
2. Sanitary restrictions are removed pursuant to Idaho Code
50-1326;
3. Fire hydrants and water mains are provided, and operable,
pursuant to Eagle City Code 9-4-1-11; and
4. Street signs are installed which adequately identify the
location of such building for emergency purposes.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its 1passage, approval and publication.
