AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO,
229, THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
OCTOBER 1, 1993 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED
IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $81,500 AND PROVIDING
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
1994: APPROPRIATING
BY THE CITY OF EAGLE,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 229, the appropriation
ordinance for the City of Eagle, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1, 1993, and ending September 30, 1994, be
and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of $81,500 be appropriated out of the
revenues from Application Fees, Impact Fees, Local Improvement
District assessments, Eagle Quest Community Grant Funds, SBA
Tree Grant Funds, and the Water Franchise, in the sum of
$81,500, to be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
