1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:33 P.M.

LIAISON: Council Member Kvamme
Absent: Deckers, Ivie, Lofas
Council Member Kvamme was invited by Chairman Huffaker to sit on the stand.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of October 19, 2023
Commissioner Faustina moved to approve the minutes of October 19, 2023, as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Morrison. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
B. Minutes of November 16, 2023
Commissioner Faustina moved to approve the minutes of November 16, 2023, as written.
Seconded by Commissioner Morrison. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. REPORTS:
A. Eric Ziegenfuss presented on Public Works, not Trails and Pathways that was listed on the agenda.
B. Brian Allen presented on Recreation.
C. Logan Butzier presented on the Eagle Sports Program.
