ORDINANCE NO. 266
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 4-4-12 OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, as follows:
Section 1: Section 4-4-12 of the Eagle City Code shall be
amended as follows:
4-4-12: EFFECTIVE DATES: This Chapter shall be effective
beginning January 1, 1991. It shall be rendered
null and void on December 31, 19956, but may be extended
thereafter at the discretion of participants in the Joint
Powers Agreement. (Ord. 177, 12-11-90)
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage, approval, and one (1)
publication of the ordinance in the official newpaper of the
City_
