AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING
TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4-4-12 OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE TO EXTEND
THE EFFECTIVE DATE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 1997, PURSUANT TO AUTHORITY
ESTABLISHED BY SECTION 50-302, IDAHO CODE.
WHEREAS Section 50-302, Idaho Code, authorizes the passage of an
ordinance dealing with the protection of the health of the citizens of the City of Eagle;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, THAT TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 4-4-
12, OF THE EAGLE CITY CODE BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the amended Title 4, Chapter 4, Section 4-4-12, Eagle City
Code, be and the same hereby is, enacted to read as follows:
4-4-12: EFFECTIVE DATES: This Chapter shall be effective beginning
January 1, 1991. It shall be rendered null and void on December 31, 19967, but
may be extended thereafter at the discretion of participants in the Joint Powers
Agreement.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced after its
passage, approval, and publication as required by law. In lieu of publication of the
entire ordinance, a summery thereof, in compliance with Section 50-901A, Idaho Code,
may be published.

hereto, was published in said newspaper once a week for 1 consec-
utive weeks in the regular and entire issue of said paper during the period and
time of publication, and was published in the newspaper proper and not a supple-
