1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:32 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: DECKERS, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LEWIS, LOFAS, MORRISON
LIAISON: COUNCIL MEMBER BAUN
Absent: Deckers, Lofas and Council Member Baun
3. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Scott Lee, Head Coach, 912 Pimlico in Eagle. Mr. Lee provided an update on the Eagle High School
Mountain Bike Team.
Brian Graham, 3855 W. Lorenzo Ln. Eagle. Mr. Graham wanted to show his appreciation for the Rylan
Hoob memorial. Mr. Graham also provided an update regarding the regional bike trail to go from Avimor to
the Bike Park. There will also be a 2nd charity night at Bardenay Restaurant on Monday, November 20" and
20% of all sales will be donated to the team and what the team raises will go towards the bike park.
4. REPORTS:
A. Eric Ziegnefuss presented on Trails and Pathways.
B. Council Member Baun was not able to attend.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
Deborah Nelson, 601 W. Bannock St. Boise. Also attending is Greg Hector with Barron properties, and Dave
Bailey from Bailey Engineering. Deborah presented on Huntridge subdivision which is located off Palmer
and Beacon Light Rd. with 58 residential homes which are primarily townhomes with some detached homes.
William Vaughn presented on Huntridge Subdivision.
Vice Chairman Ivie makes a motion to recommend for approval of the Huntridge Subdivision as
written with the preference for a marked bike lane over a widened sidewalk. Seconded by
Commissioner Morrison. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
6. ADJOURNMENT:
