3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of August 17, 2023
Commissioner Lofas moved to approve the minutes of August 17, 2023, as written. Seconded
by Commissioner Morrison. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. REPORTS:
A. Council Member Baun did not attend the meeting.
B. Eric Ziegenfuss presented on Public Works.
Chairman Huffaker entered the meeting at 5:43pm
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Nichol Baird Spencer presented on the Capital Plan.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
Adjournment made by Chairman Huffaker at 7:23pm
