CALL TO ORDER:
ROLL CALL: Present - BASTIAN, SEDLACEK, GUERBER, NORDSTROM.

Presentation of information by Council member Nordstrom.
Nordstrom reviews findings fÌ'om the City Facilities Assessment Committee, funding
options, current revenue sources and options for moving forward.
Question and answer period. Council members, City Attorney Mike Moore, and Financial
Advisor Bud Way.
Guerber moves that the City of Eagle go to the people at the May election
requesting the passing of a general obligation bond with an explanation that would
include language that identifies the intent of the Council to not levy the taxes for the
bond election by utilizing general tax revenue unless there is no other choice given
the City. Seconded by Bastian. Discussion. NORDSTOM AYE; BASTIAN AYE;
GUERBER AYE; SEDLACEK AYE.

ADJOURNMENT:
Guerber moves to adjourn at 9:20 p.m. Seconded by Bastian. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIES...
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 9:20 pm
