RESOLUTION NO. 19-09
A RESOLUTION AMENDING TI -IE FEE AND DEPOSIT SCHEDULES FOR CERTAIN
PARKS & RECREATION ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE Wl f1I EAGLE CITY CODE
AND ADOPTING A FEE SCIIEDULE FOR CITY FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH EAGLE
CITY CODE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS. public notice for a public hearing for fees has been published in the Idaho
Statesman as required by Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on February 12,
2019 and February/19, 2019 for fee increases that are in excess of live percent (5%) of the amount
of the fee last collected and the decision to impose new fees previously not collected by the City;
WHEREAS. the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the
Eagle Fee and Deposit Schedules for Parks & Recreation; and
NOW 1i1EREFOR1 . BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
*I'HE CITY OF EAGLE. 1DA1IO:
Section 1: That the newly established fee schedule for city fees with altered text shown with
underline and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedules for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 4: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approx al.
