New PPRC Commission Members Layne Lewis and Bill Morrison shared their background.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of July 20, 2023
Commissioner Lofas moved to approve the minutes of July 20, 2023, as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Faustina. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None
5. REPORTS:
A. Steve Noyes presented on Trails and Pathways.
B. Council Member Baun provided involvement between the PPRC and Development Applications with
making recommendations. General Discussion.
