1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:32 P.M.
2. ROLL CALL: DECKERS, FAUSTINA, HUFFAKER, IVIE, LOFAS
LIAISON: COUNCIL MEMBER BAUN
Absent: DECKERS AND COUNCIL MEMBER BAUN
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of May 18, 2023
Commissioner Faustina moved to approve the minutes of May 18, 2023, as written. Seconded
by Vice Chairman Ivie. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Bill Morrison applied for a position with PPRC and has interviewed with the Mayor and Brian Allen.
5. REPORTS:
A. Brian Allen not able to attend.
B. Eric Ziegenfuss not able to attend.
C. Steve Noyes presented on Trails and Pathways.
Council Member Bann entered the meeting at 5:38pm
D. Council Member Baun provided a Liaison Report.
Council Member Baun left the meeting at 6:07pm
6. NEW BUSINESS:
Nicolette Womack with Kimley-Horn, 1100 W. Idaho St. Suite# 210 Boise, Idaho 83702. Discussion on
Hevostilla Estates Subdivision located at Floating Feather and Highway 55.
Chairman Huffaker makes a motion to recommend approval of the staff recommendation on Hevostilla
Estates Subdivision with the only exception, from what we have been presented tonight being the very
last paragraph 7 Recreation and Common Areas, that we would prefer that the large green turf area
at the north end of the proposed subdivision have some type of parks 1 tot area / recreation availability
beyond that of the grass. Seconded by Vice Chairman Ivie. ALL AYES ... MOTION CARRIES.
7.ADJOURNMENT:
Adjournment made by Chairman Huffaker at 6:44pm.
