4.PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Parks, Pathways and Recreation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the commission. Out of courtesy for all who wish to
speak, the commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.

6.NEW BUSINESS:
A.ACTION ITEM: Hevostila Estates Subdivision (Pre-Application) - Request for Pathways
Recommendation. The proposed project is a 38-lot (32-buildable, 6-common) residential subdivision.
The iste is centered approximately 1400-feet south of Floating Feather and 900-feet from Highway 55
and borders the Farmers Union Canal to the south. (SN)
