A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING THE FEE
SCHEDULES FOR THE CITY-ADMINISTRATIVE, LIBRARY AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH EAGLE CITY CODE SECTION 1-7-4 TO UPDATE
AND ESTABLISH NEW FEES CHARGED FOR SERVICES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for fees has been published in the Idaho
Statesman as required by Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on new or increased
fees and deposits that are in excess of five percent (5%) of the amount of the fee last collected;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the
Eagle Combined Fee Schedule to collect sufficient fees and deposits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1 : That the newly established, increased or removed fees and deposits with altered text
shown with underline and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved;
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Eagle, Idaho, on this Utz day of September 2023.
