AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 1-5-3: SALARIES, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended
to read as follows:
Commencing January 1, 2020 2024 the annual salaries of the Mayor, President-of-the
City Council and the City Council shall be as follows:
A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of seventy-six-thousand
throe h ^rued twenty d l ars ($76 32n mmninety-two thousand seven hundred ninety-five
dollars ($92,795.00).
B. Council President: The Council President shall r al salary in `he " of
t ,elve thousand0 0„ hundred twenty doll rs ($i 720 00).C. Council Members: Each member of Council shall receive an annual salary in the sum
of twelveth d d d * ty dollars (-$12,720 nm sixteen thousand two
hundred and twenty-five dollars ($16,225.00).
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1,
2024.
