SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
June 22,2023
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pierce calls the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: GINDLESPERGER, PIKE, BAUN, RUSSELL. A quorum is
present.

A. Eagle Sewer District: Neil Jenkins, General Manager, will review the 20 year planning
efforts being conducted by the Eagle Sewer District.
Mayor Pierce introduces the item.
Neil Jenkins, Eagle Sewer District General Manager provides information to Council about the
future planning efforts for the District. General discussion.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. FY-24-28 Capital Plan Prioritization.
Mayor Pierce introduces the item.
Nichoel Baird Spencer, Director of Long-Range Planning and Projects reviews the
prioritization of Capital Projects and Maintenance
General discussion regarding project prioritization, inclusion, and funding.
9. ADJOURNMENT:
Gindlesperger moves to adjourn. Seconded by Baun. ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
