A.*ACTION ITEM: A-01-23/RZ-02-23/CU-03-23/PPUD-02-23/PP-02-23 Everton Subdivision - Request
for Pathways Recommendation. The proposed project is a 241-lot (212-residential [138-single family,
74-single family attached], 11-commercial, 18-common) residential subdivision. The 76.85-acre site is
located at the northeast corner of State Highway 44 and North Palmer Lane.

*ACTION ITEM: ZOA-02-23 - Subdivision Ordinance Amendment (Trail and Pathway
Regulations) - City of Eagle: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY
IDAHO, REPEALING TITLE 9 “LAND SUBDIVISIONS”, CHAPTER 4 “REQUIRED
IMPROVEMENTS”, SECTION 1-6 “TRAIL AND PATHWAY REGULATIONS, AND ENACTING
A NEW SECTION 1-6 “TRAIL AND PATHWAY REGULATIONS; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
