A. Resolution 23-11 Cie of Eagle Authorized Bank Signatures: A Resolution of the City of Eagle
authorizing signatures including facsimile signatures for bank services on behalf of the City of Eagle.

5. OLD BUSINESS:
A. Ci , of Eagle Water System Capitalization(Cap)Fees: Staff is requesting Council direction
regarding Water Capitalization Fees. This updated fee will replace the current Storage and Trunk Line
Fee(STL) and Water Construction Equivalency Fee (WCE). Staff will present revisions to the
information presented at the Council Work Session held on November 17, 2022. (KA)
