March 23, 2023
Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: SAYER, LINDGREN, MIHAN Absent: GRUBB, MERRILL,
DUPERAULT, GREER. A quorum is present.
3. ALL CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS ARE ACTION ITEMS. CONSENT AGENDA:
♦ Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will
be no separate discussion on these items unless a Design Review Board member, City Staff, or a
citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed
from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the
Rules of Order.
♦ Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle
shall be adopted as part of the Design Review's Consent Agenda approval motion unless
specifically stated otherwise.
A. Minutes of March 23, 2023. (CSH)
B. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the Approval of DR-52-22 - Atlas Research
and Development Building in Ashburn Commercial Subdivision - Funnel Properties, LLC:
Funnel Properties, LLC represented by Jason Yates with Element Design Build, is requesting
design review approval for a two story, 16,830-square foot research and development building.
The 1.17-acre site is located on the south side of West Bavaria Street approximately 830-feet
west of North Meridian Road at 3475 West Bavaria Street within Ashbury Commercial
Subdivision (Lot 7-9, Block 1). (ERG)
SAYER moves to approve the consent agenda as presented. Seconded by MIHAN. ALL
AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM. DR-03-09 MOD3 — Restored Community Church Building — Restored
Community Church: Restored Community Church, represented by Randy Haverfield with
Architecture Northwest, PA, is requesting design review approval for a 26,818-square foot
church building. The 5.51-acre site is located on the south side of West Floating Feather
approximately 1,000-feet east of North Park Lane at 3633 West Floating Feather. (ERG) This
item was continued from the May 26, 2022, Design Review Board Meeting.
5. NEW BUSINESS: NONE.
A. Design Review Board: NONE
B. Staff: Emily Gero, provides an update regarding upcoming Design Review meeting.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
SAYER moves to adjourn. Seconded by MIHAN. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
