A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING REPUBLIC
SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO 'I'IIE SOLID WASTE CONTRACT
RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES AS STATED IN SECTION 4.2 A.
"CUSTOMER RATES - ESTABLISHMENT" ANI) PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS the proposed increase is less than 5%; and
WHEREAS, Section 4.2A "Customer Rates --Establishment" of the Solid Waste Contract
bet\\cen the City of Eagle and Allied Waste Services provides for fee adjustments
according to the current Consumer Price Index ("CPI"): and
NOW THEREFORE. BI' FL RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE. II)AI10:
Section 1: That an annual rate adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) in the
amount of not more than 2.522% be added to the current amount billed per Republic
Services Customer. 'I'hc new rate schedule is attached as Exhibit A.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect January 1. 2019.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle Idaho.
