Dunn begins by refreshing on the past process that has been completed which was SHPO giving a grant to complete the structure report on the Jackson House. Those funds are being utilized to hire Steve Trout who is a structural engineer who does a lot of structure reports. The latest update is that Sheri Sharp will be vacating the property by the end of the month and the property will be turned over to the city. Dunn explains that the house must be mainly emptied for the report to be done. Trout will be looking at the HVAC, heating, electrical, and anything that is in the home as well as the structure of the property as well. Dunn further explains that this is for the City of Eagle's Public Works department so once the report is done they have an understanding of what needs to be worked on first and a guideline to repairing and historically preserving aspects of the home. Dunn states the cost will be around $10,000 to $12,000. Dunn says the earliest that the report will be done will be around the end of February, sometime around spring.
