3.APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A.ACTION ITEM: Approval of Meeting Minutes from February 16, 2023.
4.PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Parks, Pathways and Recreation Commission regarding
concerns or comments they would like to provide to the commission. Out of courtesy for all who wish to
speak, the commission requests each speaker limit their comments to three (3) minutes.

6.NEW BUSINESS:
A.ACTION ITEM: Proposal for Operation of the RC Cars Track by Eagle Hills Racing Association:
requesting a recommendation on entering into an agreement to permit the Eagle HIlls Racing
Association to hold radio-controlled car racing events, make improvements, and provide maintenance at
the Ada/Eagle Sports Complex RC Cars Track. The agreement provided is a Draft that is under legal
review. Levi Jones will be representing Eagle Hills Racing.
