CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
November 19, 2018 12:00 p.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ridgeway calls the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, GOLD, PITTMAN, MITCHELL. Mitchell absent. A quorum
is present.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Annointment to the Eagle Urban Renewal Agency: Mayor Ridgeway is
requesting Council confirmation of the appointment of Ian Burnett to the Board. Mr. Burnett will
be filling a vacated term that will expire July 2021. (SR)
Mayor introduces the issue.
General discussion.
Pittman moves to approve the appointment to the URA, Ian Burnett. Seconded by Gold.
ALL AYES: MOTION CARRIES
Mayor discusses the purchase of Eagle Water by Suez.
4. ADJOURNMENT:
Bastian moves to adjourn. Seconded by Gold. Mayor: are there any objections to
adjournment? Seeing none we are adjourned.
Hearing no further business, the Council meeting adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
