A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING HARDIN SANITATION FEE SCHEDULE,
TO ADD SERVICES AND ASSOCIATED FEES, AND ADDRESS SCRIVENER TEXT EDITS TO THE FEE
SCHEDULE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there is a valid franchise fee agreement between the City of Eagle and Hardin
Sanitation entered into on August 9, 2023, effective January 1, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Hardin Sanitation is proposing the provision of new services and fees
associated with the same; and
WHEREAS, Idaho State Code §63-1311A requires a public hearing for the establishment
of new fees; and
WHEREAS, public hearing notices were published in accordance with Idaho Code on
February 28, 2023 and March 7, 2023; and
WHEREAS, The fee schedule appended to the franchise agreement inadvertently added
two grass cart sizes that are not offered by the franchisee;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO:
Section 1: That the newly established services and fees and scrivener text edits are shown with
underline and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference is
hereby approved;
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedule on
behalf of the City;
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force nun pro tunc March 1, 2023.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle Idaho.

In accordance with Idaho State Code 63-1311A, legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNCIL
will hold a public hearing on March 14, 2023,at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, at Eagle
City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to consider public comment
regarding proposed services and fees associated with solid waste services. The proposed fee schedule

Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing. WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no less
