RESOLUTION NO. 18-44
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, DESIGNATING RECORDS
CUSTODIANS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Senate Bill #1274 requires state and local governments to: "Designate a records
custodian for each city department and an alternate that will respond to public records requests,
which should be done by council resolution."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby designates the following Records Custodians:
Records Custodians:
Parks/Recreation: Recreation Coordinator and/or Parks/Recreation Administrative Clerk I
Trails: Parks/Recreation Administrative Clerk I
Economic Development: Director of Economic Development
Water Department: Utility Billing Supervisor and/or Water Administrative Clerk I
Museum: Museum Coordinator
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
