A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO DECLARING PERSONAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS, AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS
PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Idaho ("City") has acquired certain personal property for
carrying out services in the public interest; and
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property of the City have become worn out,
obsolete or are no longer required to conduct City business; and
WHEREAS, The City Clerk of the City Eagle, Idaho is requesting that the following
fixed assets be surplused.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Eagle,
Idaho, that the following fixed assets are deemed surplus property by the City of Eagle:
Asset #1838 — Tag #2503 Task Chair
Asset #1605 — Tag #2351 Wooden Bookcase
Asset #1624 — Tag #2370 Metal Bookcase
No Asset #s or Tag #s:
4 Artificial Plants
Wire Plan Holder
Miscellaneous cubical panels/hardware & etc. that have been replaced in the
Clerks, Planning & Zoning and Building Department
Under the supervision of the City Clerk's Office, the administrative staff of the City of
Eagle, is authorized to take all necessary steps to carry out the authorization provided by
this Resolution.
This Resolution shall be in full force and take effect upon adoption and approval by the
City Council of the City of Eagle.
Adopted and approved by the Eagle City Council on this j3 day of November 2018.
