This time is reserved for the public to address the Historic Preservation Commission regarding concerns or
comments they would like to provide to the Commission regarding any matter, up to and including any subject
on the agenda. Out of courtesy for all who wish to speak, the Commission requests each speaker limit their
comments to three (3) minutes.

A. Question and Answer with Mayor Ridgeway.

A. Historic Downtown Designation Discussion: This item was continued from the October 10,
2018 meeting.
B. ACTIONITEA11: Finalize adoption of short term and long-term goals. (ZP) This item was
continued from the October 10, 2018 meeting.
1. ACTION -ITEM.- Identification of strategy for implementing short term and long term
goals.
C. ACTION -ITEM.- Review Historic Preservation Brochure edits and approve for final printing.
(ZP) This item was continued from the October 10, 2018 meeting.
D. Discussion of edits to Downtown Walking tour brochure. This item was continued from the
October 10, 2018 meeting.
E. ACTION -ITEM.- Historic Property plaques. Final approval of language; review of purchasing
criteria. This item was continued from the October 10, 2018 meeting.
F. ACTIONITEM.- Discussion of Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) brochure. Identify
questions the Commission would like addressed. Designate someone from the Commission to
work with staff to draft document. This item was continued from the October 10, 2018 meeting.
