Special Meeting Minutes
Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane
July 2, 2018 5:30 P.M.
1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. ROLL CALL: Present: NICKEL, STAFFORD, DAVINA, WEDDINGTON. Absent:
PENCE. A quorum is present.
3.. PUBLIC COMMENT:
This time is reserved for the public to address the Historic Preservation Commission regarding concerns or
comments they would like to provide to the Commission regarding any matter, up to and including any subject on
the agenda Out of courtesy for all who wish to speak. the Commission requests each speaker limit their comments
to three (3) minutes
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM- Determine Eagle Fun Days participation activities for Eagle Family Fun
night.
Vice Chairman Stafford introduces the item. Discuss regarding what to provide for the public at
the booth. Water. candy, survey results and a possible query regarding the Downtown Historic
designation. Display boards will also be generated. City Staff will gather the items for the
booth, and board members will retrieve, set up and be present during Family Fun night event.
Nickel moves to authorize the expense of no more than $30 for water and candy for the
Eagle Family Fun night booth. Seconded by Davina. ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
5. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTIO ITEM: Minutes of April 11, 2018.
Weddington moves to approve the minutes of April 11, 2018 as presented. Seconded by
Nickel. ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
B. ACTION ITEM. Minutes of June 13, 2018.
Nickel moves to approve the minutes of June 13, 2018 as presented. Seconded by Nickel.
ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
6. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business
