PERIOD OF SERVICE AGREEMENT: October 1, 2018 — September 30, 2019
This Amended Service Agreement is entered into between the City of Eagle (herein called "City") and
Commercial Tire, (herein called "Vendor"), for the purpose of extending the service agreement for fleet
tire services.
POSSIBLE EXTENSIONS OF TERM OF AGREEMENT: The parties may mutually agree to extend the
term of this Agreement. Such renewal will be in the form of an Amendment to the Service Agreement.
This addendum shall incorporate all conditions and requirements as stated in the original Agreement
between the City of Eagle and Commercial Tire dated August 30, 2017 and shall remain in full force and
effect.
