A RESOLUTION AMENDING AND COMBINING THE FEE AND DEPOSIT SCHEDULES
FOR CITY ADMINISTRATION, PARKS & RECREATION, PLANNING & ZONING,
LIBRARY, AND WATER IN ACCORDANCE WITH EAGLE CITY CODE AND ADOPTING
A FEE SCHEDULE FOR CITY FEES IN ACCORDANCE WITH EAGLE CITY CODE AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing for fees has been published in the Idaho
Statesman as required by Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council duly noticed and held a public hearing on October 9, 2018,
for fee increases that are in excess of five percent (5%) of the amount of the fee last collected and
the decision to impose new fees previously not collected by the City;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that good cause exists for updating the
Eagle Fee and Deposit Schedules for City Administration, Parks & Recreation, Planning &
Zoning, Library, and Water;
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that good cause exists for combining the
Eagle Fee and Deposit Schedules for City administration, Parks & Recreation, Planning &
Zoning, Library, and Water into a single location and resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish and/or amend fees for Special Events
Permits, Administrative Master Sign Plan Modifications, Pressurized Irrigation Waiver Reviews,
Tree Fund In -lieu Fees, within the city;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: All Previous fee schedules for City Administration, Parks & Recreation, Planning &
Zoning, Library, and Water are repealed;
Section 2: That the newly established Fee Schedule For City Fees with text shown with underline
and strikethrough attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, is
hereby approved;
Section 3: That the Mayor and City Council are hereby authorized to execute said schedules for
and on behalf of the City of Eagle;
Section 4: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and
approval.
