A. Friends of the Library Report:
a. No report
B. Director’s report:
a. June circulation up 23%.
b. Class attendance up.

c. Family night is August 10.
d. Planning & Zoning is working on Avimor annexation. Community to be
approximately 25,000 when built out. Questions are being asked about the plans
for library space. The Board needs to look at the the future growth of Eagle as a
whole. Avimor will be discussed in August.
e. Attended ALA conference and would like to make recommendation that a Board
member attend the conference in the future to better understand how libraries
work.
f. Staff development day needs to be moved to the second Thursday of December
due to a conflict.

A. Tutoring Policy: Annual policy review of the Tutoring Policy. Originally adopted on
February 11, 2013, the policy was reviewed and reaffirmed on August 16, 2017. There
are no recommended changes.
