No representative attended. Steve reported there is an upcoming book sale in March.

Circulation increased. The new materials handling system is up and running, increasing
productivity of staff.
C. Library Liaison/City Hall Reports (Council woman Preston)
Naomi Preston was not present due to open house held by City Council. Steve informed
that there were no updates.
6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. Staffing Plan Meeting in April
There will be a meeting regarding the impact of materials handling system on staffing.
B. State of the City Address in March
The Mayor will deliver the State of the City address in March.
