The July 25, 2016, Special Meeting of the Eagle Public Library Board of Trustees meeting was called to
order at 6:17 pm.
Present at the meeting were Terri Soelberg, President, Tom Rogers, Secretary, Jill Mitchell, Board
Member. Absent was Pete Dover, Past President. Also present was Steve Bumgarner, Library Director.
New Business
Board President Soelberg asked Library Director Bumgarner to report on the evaluation of the proposals
received for the Automated Materials Handling System. Director Bumgarner reported that the Library
received a number of proposals and that the selection committee met to evaluate the proposals. The
Committee recommended to the Board that all proposals be rejected and to repost the Request for
Proposals for the Automated Materials Handling System. Library Board member Jill Mitchell made the
motion to reject all proposals and to repost the Request for Proposal; Board Secretary Tom Rogers
seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously by the Board. The Board directed Library
Director Bumgarner to repost the Request for Proposal.
The meeting was adjourned by President Soelberg at 6:19 p.m.
