Attendance: Terry,Liz, Susan, Ann,Kelli,Don,and Stan
1. Call to order: Terry called the meeting to order at 6:56

3. Approval of the minutes December and January minutes adopted
a. Susan Moved,Liz seconded=approved
4.Friends report: Initiations to the Valentine's Luncheon given to-all Trustees
a. 13,642.37-Purchased 2 banking CDs
b. New baby bags: New moms pick up a Baby's bag -
c. Book club: 2pm Thursdays J 6 0
d: Time to start donating books to the Friends'book sale coming-in June
5. Treasure report: Books are still being purchased out of the bond money
Liz moved to pay bills,Kelli second=approved
6.Directors'report
a. Inventory is going on with the books
Graphs clearly show usage of computer and books
b. Classes being taught at the library by library personnel
c. Staff is getting better at helping patrons
d. Roof is fixed
e. Job descriptions are in the process of being updated
f. Monitoring of the skate boarding area needs to be emphasized
Patrons have complained about inadequate parking due to skateboarding -
Concerns about drug traffic at the skate board area
