BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES
AUGUST 10, 1998
I. The meeting was called to order by President Susan Thomas. Present were:
Susan Thomas, Terry Loftus, Terri Muse, Pat Krasen and Ann Gallinger. Shara
Dene Stephenson was excused. Architect Tom Ensley also attended.
II. The minutes of the July 13, 1998 meeting were approved by unanimous consent.
III. Financial Report: The city did not have the report ready.
IV. Approval of Bills: The board unanimously approved bills totaling
$3,149.59.
V. Library Director's Report: Statistics for July were reported.
VI. Committee Reports: None.
VII. Unfinished Business:
A. New library development report: Report at Construction meeting
to follow.
B. FY 1998-99 Budget discussion: City council will have the budget
hearing on September 1, 1998. Susan, Terry and Ann will attend.
VIII. New Business:
A. Interior Selection: Tom Ensley presented the color board for
the interior colors for the new library.
B. A report was given by Consultant, Lynn Melton.
IX. Next Meeting Date: September 14, 1998 at Eagle Public Library.
X. Adjourn to attend construction committee meeting at 7:00 P.M. held at
Eagle City Council Clambers.
