APRIL 25, 1998
I. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. Present were Susan,
Terry L., Terri M. , Pat, Shara Dene and Ann.
II. New Business:
A. Sewer hook-up fee: Ann will call the Meridian, Garden City,
Boise and Ada County libraries to find out their sewer flow
usage to prepare for the sewer cost protest for the new library
on May 11.
B. Ground Breaking:
1. Invitations to dignitaries to attend and speak:
Shara Dene will call Rep. Chenowith and Sen. Kempthorne;
Pat will call Rep. Bivens and Rep. McKague; Terri will call
Gov. Batt, Sen. Craig and Rep. Bunderson.
2. Food: Ann and Pat will arrange for cookies, punch,
coffee, cups and napkins.
3. M.C. : Susan will be the M.C.
III. Next Meeting: May 11, 1998 at 6:30 at the Senior Center.
IV. Adjourn: 10:20 A.M.
