Old Business: Bond timeline
1) Discussion on mailings and the brochures for the bond
2) Discussion on meeting after Christmas to set-up the printing of brochures
and posters. Terri asked about a city wide mailing list and the library patrons
list. Stan suggested a mailing list from the county by precincts to target
voters
3) January 3`d 2pm meeting set-up for brochures
Design team meeting:
Tom Ensley joined the board to update as to the current status of drawings and
layout.
Discussion of the plot plan of the entire area; Post Office, Library, and offices.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00pm to the joint meeting with City Counsel and Oppenheimer
Development.
