August 15, 1994
Meeting called to order at 7pm by Liz Horn . Gary Barnes
was absent .
Financial Report : approval of bills stands as corrected
passes unanimous consent
Financial Report / Statistics were reviewed. Janice is
doing a great job while Ann is out on medical leave.
Statistics are looking solid. We need someone to do the
cleaning in the library. Shara Dene will look into finding
us a person and the cost of such a person.
Committee Report : Liz is still working on the long term (20
yr . ) plan for the library.
Unfinished Business : Stan reported that the city has
basically adopted the budget . It will begin October 1st .
New Business : none
Friends Report : none
Public Comment : Stan reported on urban Renewal Agency
being established in Eagle area . We might have a new
library building in 1996 .
