Minutes of meeting
December 21, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. oy President Pat Krasen. Present were
Mrs. Krasen, Elizabeth Horn, Marcia Beckwith, and Karen Sutton.
On a motion by Horn, seconded by Beckwith, the minutes of the November 16, 1992
meeting of the Board of Trustees were approved.
After a brief discussion of some of the items in the proposed contract for services with
the Ada Connty Free Library District, the contract was approved nnanimously on a
motion by Horn, seconded by Krasen.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:18 p.m.
The next regularly schedcled meeting is Monday, January 18, 1993.
